It'd been about dusk, four hours after school ended and most of the other kids had been hanging out in the skate park. Himself included. Caesar. The son of the drug lord, head of the biggest gang in New York. Didn't mean he had a great life at home, just meant he was unlikely to get the shit beat out of him due to fear of the others. Oh well.

Avri(Aphrodite) had been standing with her arms crossed chatting away with a few others up until she'd caught notice of the boy, Caesar, looking a bit dazed with his foot on the skate board. "Wonder where honor roll Max is to put his brother to shame. Poor guy." She snickered.

She passed her house, and the stake park as she gained speed. When she came to a turn, she switched the shift to natural, curling the breaks with the gas, swerving the wheel to the right,, then left in a glide to the left. She laughed, steading the line.

As Dylan left his apartment building, locking the door behind him, he walked down the street and entered the bar and sat at the counter. Ordering some vodka, he chugged it down and went on Facebook like he usually does when alone at the bar.

Hotel, come through. Room 211 Avri responded and immediately texted the same to Dylan.

Receiving the message, he tucked his phone in his pocket and trotted over to the hotel where he texted back and asked "What floor?"

Shoving his phone back in his pocket, Tauros started to walk to the hotel. It didnt take him long to get there and when he came into the hotel he saw some other guy that he didnt really know but of course automatically wanted to get to know.

Looking up from his phone, his hoodie covering his face, he noticed another male watching him. He looked around for a moment before walking over to the strange guy. "Hey. What's up?" He asked, lifting a hand and sweeping his dark bangs out of his eyes.

"Nothin much. Just the usual." Tauros looked the guy up and down, it was a shame that he couldn't see his eyes. That was the best way for him to get a read on his next target, but he'll get to see them soon. Taking out his phone again he reminded himself of what room Avri was in. "211..." The words came out as a low mumble mainly to himself. Tauros looked around for the elevator then turned towards the othet guy. "Hey are you going up?"

Samantha turned the last corner of the somewhat circle. She hit the breaks, though she slid to far ramming the bumper into a light post, blowing it out. He arms went up, the air bag pressing Against her fore arms . " shit!" She grumped, the car starting to wail of the distress. She crawled out, lifting herself from the asphalt. "Well," she scowled at herself before she heard someone yelling " Shat the hell?!" She turned her head at a nearby home, before sprinting off around the corner.

Avri walked over to the door and casually unlocked it awaiting her friend's approach.

Tauros walked over to the elevator and waited for it to come down. Once it was open he pressed the 2 then watched the doors closed. After a couple of minutes he was at Avri's room and was surprised to see that the door was open. "Ya know, you should keep that locked. I could've been a murderer."

"Cool i would've given you a headshot to remember, oh wait, you wouldn't have remembered cause you'd have been six feet under." Avri answered with a roll of her blue orbs.

Samantha slowed after the turned a few corners, taking deep breaths as she unraveled her wrapped hand, grin her teeth as the cloth stuck to the wound. She exhaled threw her teeth, pressing her middle finger around the cut. She continued her way to her home to investigate the bruises on her fore arms. She came up to her home entering her house. The boy, that she had forgot the name of, had left as she expected. Nothing seemed out of place. She pulled out the few dollars she found in the car, folding it, placing it in her hidden safe. She took off her jacket, throwing on a tank top to study the new bruises, and the old ones.

"Awww you wouldn't kill little 'ol me." Tauros walked over to her and grabbed her waist to pull her closer to him.

"Touch me again and I will." Avri responded pushing him away with a huff and crossed her arms. "Good try though."

Tauros chuckled when he was pushed away. "One day I will get you. You just wait." He patted his jacket pockets searching for the drugs. "Oh....shit."

"Ugh of course not, whatever loser." Avri answered and turned up the music then began to jump on the bed.

Recovering his charm, Tauros took off his jacket and threw it against the nearest chair. "There are other ways to have fun."

"No shit sherlock so start dancing!" Avri answered happily.

"Dancing? That's one thing I won't do." Tauros sat in the chair that his jacket was sprawled cross.

"Get used to it." Avri answered and turned down the music as she had heard several bangs outside and then a car speed off. "What was that?"

One side of his lips twitched up in a smile, but it was quickly lowered and his face turned serious. Moving towards the window he took a peak through the side of the window. A body lied on the concrete with blood oozing out of his chest. "Oh, it was just a drive by."

"Just?" Acri responded. They weren't uncommon but, still. Somebody could've just died. She grabbed her phone and began to dial for 911.

Tauros ran his hand through his hair. "What? You aren't used to those kind of things yet?"
