It'd been about dusk, four hours after school ended and most of the other kids had been hanging out in the skate park. Himself included. Caesar. The son of the drug lord, head of the biggest gang in New York. Didn't mean he had a great life at home, just meant he was unlikely to get the shit beat out of him due to fear of the others. Oh well.

Avri(Aphrodite) had been standing with her arms crossed chatting away with a few others up until she'd caught notice of the boy, Caesar, looking a bit dazed with his foot on the skate board. "Wonder where honor roll Max is to put his brother to shame. Poor guy." She snickered.

He looked down at his phone and turned it off. "I was uhh.. On Facebook." He inquired, his head tilting slightly. "May I ask what your name is?"

"Avri, Marcus's daughter." Her dad was a big shot. That was something she loved to be cocky about. He was the drug lord second in charge. "And you? Some lame-o looking for a good time? Hanging out with rejects?"

His smile vanished for a moment, before he tucked his phone in his pocket. "The name's Dylan." He stated, lifting a hand and brushing his bangs from his face. "And no, I'm here to get a drink, get drunk, and leave."

"Boring. I could think of thirty different things to do before getting drunk and leaving." Avri answered and walked out of the bar again. "Khloe, the fuck are you coming or are you going to flirt with that dude all night?"

"Alright." Khloe was half-way to the door when she was called out by Avri. "What? I wasn't flirting, and we're leaving now." Turning back to Vinnie she said, "Hey I forgot that I was going to Avri's house. You can just follow us. After that I'll show you around."

Vinnie's eyes widened before he grinned sheepishly and tousled his hair again. "I'm fine with that."

Avri nodded and began to head the way home.

Nodding her head a couple of times, Khloe followed Avri to her house.

Walking beside Khloe, Vinnie took the last drink of his beer before dropping it in the trash and stuffing his hands into his pockets.

As they walked Khloe slowed a bit to fall in step with Vinnie. "I just realized, I never told you my name. I'm Khloe."

feeling slightly warm from his drink, Vinnie smiled and took lopsided steps to hit every puddle in the sidewalk. Looking up, he smiled at Khloe "Cool name, I like it."

"Thanks." Khloe was also starting to feel the warmth of her two drinks, but they were light drinks so the warmth was barely even there. "So what brings you to these parts?"

shrugging he simply replied "I didn't like where I was so I got up and left, just like that"

"Oh that's it? I was hoping for some incredible story. That was boring." Khloe lightly punched his shoulder, trying to knock a more entertaining story out of him.

Vinnie laughed and lifted up his hands in defeat. "Hey! I can be not boring. Besides," he winked at her "I am a man of many secrets. My stories are works of art and should be bequeathed upon others as a gift, not a request." he held one hand over his heart while the other held an imaginary skull into the air with dramatic flair.

"Secrets my ass, you're just as predictable as any fuckboy just like Caesar." Avri pointed out in a scoff and crossed her arms.

Secrets? Sounds interesting. "Well maybe one day you can tell me some of those secrets." Khloe smirked at his dramatic flair, but the expression changed when Avri spoke up. Now her tone was laced with a sort of sarcastic-pity flavor. "Oh come on Avri, I don't think he has what it takes to be a fuckboy."

"Well Avri, I'll be happy to prove you wrong as long as you give me the chance."he looked up at the girl with a lopsided grin as his foot smashed into another puddle.

"Be careful Khloe, white boy here probably gonna tell you all these lies to get into your pants." Avri smirked and crossed her arms. "Loser ain't got what it takes anyway."

Khloe had officially decided that she liked this kid. He had spunk. "Oh come on Avri, does that even look like the face that would even attempt to do something like that?"

"Hey! I literally just got here. There will be no pants party." again he found his hands in the air to defend himself as he stopped walking slightly before continuing at Khloe's side

"Oh lighten up Vinnie, Avri was just kidding." Again, Khloe gave him a soft punch to the shoulder.

"Alright we'll give him a chance." Avri responded rubbing her arm awkwardly before flashing a slight grin.

Khloe nudged Avri. "Great. Now that that's settle, I believe we were heading to your place."

Auttie quietly walked down the sidewalk from the school, her sketch book in hand which held lots of graffiti art drawings of her name or other titles. She came up to a group, stopping for a quick second, she continued to walk behind them.
