Erick sat in his room on his desktop working. He had been rather determined for quite a few years to make a great living and so far he was managing well especially with Stephanie moving in with him because of Diego. They had lived in what you could call a mansion. Though he was never really in love with her. Just upheld the title of couple with a child. Seedar had been the only one who truly moved him. But he hadn't seen her or Marlow in so long.

Lucas walked into his son's room and glanced at the sleeping child before walking downstairs and laying down on the couch and grabbing a beer for himself. He had been working his ass off and often had to leave on business trips for weeks at a time. This was one of the few rarities he was home with his family.

"Please." Erick said quietly staring off at her in disbelief.

Seedar stopped in her tracks, slowly she turned to look at him. "Hi." She breathed quietly.

Erick took a few cautious steps forward looking her over. "How's Nick?" He asked clearing his voice and puffing his chest a bit and swallowing.

"I don't know." Seedar shrugged. "I haven't talked to anyone."

"Oh." Erick answered and looked down. "Kids?"

"No." Seedar said with a shake of her head, afraid to even ask him if he did.

Erick put a hand on the back of his neck. He didn't know what to say five years ago, and he was still tuck now. "Seedar?" He murmured quietly.

"Yes?" Seedar asked as she stared down at her feet.

"You don't want anything to do with us do you?" Erick asked.

"Why would I want to remember what happened?" Seedar questioned, keeping her gaze elsewhere.

"Because it's a new time Seedar." Erick responded. "Everything is let go."

"Maybe for you." Seedar replied and turned on her heels to start going to her apartment.

"People change, I changed." Erick responded. Was he even talking to the same person anymore?

"How?" Seedar asked and spun around to face him.

Erick winced slightly at her question. He wasn't sure how to answer. He honestly didn't know. "Figure it out..."

"How?" Seedar repeated towards his new comment and crossed her arms

"I don't know." Erick responded sharply and narrowed his eyes as he gave in. He didn't what he could say or do to convince her everything was different.

"You're exactly the same." Seedar said and walked up to him and poked him in the chest with a finger. "You always want everyone else to solve the problem while you sit back and watch." She growled.

"Everyone has a different perspective on things I can't explain my way you have to figure it out yourself." Erick answered meeting her gaze. When did she even grow a nerve?

"Looks like I already have." Seedar huffed and glared at him.

Erick took a step back and looked at the ground. "Sorry." He muttered. She wanted to be left alone? She could have it. He slowly turned around and began to walk away.

Seedar huffed and turned to walk up the stairs. She was in desperate need of a shower and some food.

Erick shook his head and reached his vehicle and drove back to the building. He walked back up and over to Marlow slightly narrowing his eyes. "You didn't tell me Seedar lived in the building."

Marlow gave him an odd look. "What are you talking about dude? It's just me and Thresh."

"I just walked into Seedar outside." Erick responded with a scowl.
