Aaron leaned back with his arms crossed smoking a joint. They were in a furniture store in the mall just hanging out with a few other teenagers. "It'd be great if Mercy could just us already."

Rhyan shrugged and looked at Alicia and Dawn after stealing Aaron's joint. "They're here."

Alicia walked into the store and crossed her arms. "What are you idiots doing?"

Dawn shrugged and stole the joint from Rhyan.

"Waiting for Mercy." Rhyan responded as he watched Dawn take the joint and glanced over at Aaron. "He misses his fuckbuddy."

Aaron tilted his head back. "I haven't gotten laid since her parents died."

"Man, stop where you are you're fucking with her feelings, you know you don't like her like that." Rhyan answered shaking his head and walked over to the toy section and began to play with toys.

Alicia watched Rhyan play with the toys and raised a brow. "Aren't you a bit old for that?"

Dawn inhaled the joint and winked at Aaron. "We can fix that."

"You're as young as you feel. I feel five." Rhyan responded as he suddenly hopped on a skateboard and hit the ground with a thud. "So smoking and skating isn't a genius idea."

Aaron hopped onto the couch and lowered his pants. "You going to make me cum as good as her or are you bluffing?"

"Bluffing." Dawn shrugged and walked away to go look at the stores, taking the joint with her.

Alicia rolled her eyes and watched a bit amused.

Aaron lifted his pants and zipped up again. "Whatever." He said a bit frustrated now. "You probably don't know shit anyway." He commented and laid back.

Rhyan remained on the ground. "You don't smoke?"

"No, I'm not trying to kill my lungs." Alicia scoffed.

Mercy walked into the mall and looked aorund quietly till she heard voices echoing. She made her way over to the store they were at and hugged Alicia. "Hi." She greeted. "Where's your sister?" She asked looking around for Dawn.

Rhyan smirked. "Hey Mercy." He greeted.

"Who knows." Alicia shrugged and went inside the toy store to look around.

"You know what I just thought?" Rhyan began to wonder out loud. "Your moms were all best friends, and Dawn and Alicia have the same dad, how were they comfortable sharing the same boyfriend?" He wrinkled his nose.

Mercy blinked. That was a question she had often wondered herself. She'd never be able to share any boyfriend with her best friend. That'd be weird.

"They didn't. Our father was just friendly with everyone. He really only loved one of them." Alicia said as she fiddled with a toy truck.

"Who'd he end up with?" Rhyan asked rolling a car over to her.

Mercy walked over to Dawn and hopped on her back lovingly. "Hi."

"Dawn's mother." Alicia shrugged and rolled it back to him.

Dawn jumped a bit but relaxed as she realized it was Mercy. "Oh hi."

"I hope he still stuck around for you. Is Dawn your only sister?" Rhyan asked rolling it over again.

Mercy rolled down off of her. "I missed ya. I see you gave your siblings the boot too."

"Kitty and Thomas wanted to go with the others." Dawn shrugged.

"I have another sister and brother." Alicia said and rolled it back again. "Kitty and Thomas."

"I love them but i couldn't see myself going with them." Mercy shrugged. She walked over to Aaron and stole the joint from him.

"Are you kidding me? That's the second one." Aaron said annoyed.

Rhyan nodded and stood up. "I'm guessing they're over at the school. Did you know that middle schooler Sebastian is their leader? He's like ten." He socffed.

"If he's in middle school he's like thirteen." Alicia pointed out and shrugged. "So what? We are all just trying to survive."

Dawn plopped down on a chair and sighed.

"What's with you?" Mercy asked collapsing on the couch.

Rhyan scoffed. "We could easily take their food."

"That makes us look weak, taking food from kids because we can't find our own?" Alicia pointed out. "They could take us down so easy. There are way more than them."

"nothing." Dawn shrugged.

"Doubt it." Rhyan responded leaning back. "What do they know? I their leader is like twelve then he and the rest of his crew haven't even had their balls drop yet." He mused.

Mercy looked over at Rhyan. "We're not taking food from them. You'd be making my little brothers and sisters go hungry, and Alicia and Dawn's too."

"What would you know about your balls dropping?" Alicia smirked.

"I've been jacking it since I was eleven." Rhyan responded. "I just haven't had sex."

"You're gross." Alicia snapped and stood up.

"Sorry." Rhyan shrugged careless as she got offended, and walked away from her toward the sports store and began to slam baseballs with a bat.
